BCA（Bicin-choninic Acid）蛋白定量法是目前广泛应用的蛋白定量方法之一，可实现对蛋白 质进行快速、稳定、灵敏的浓度测定。该定量的原理是在碱性介质中，蛋白质可将 Cu2+还原成 Cu1+的反应，然后使用含有 BCA 的独特试剂，利用比色法检测 Cu1+，形成一种在 562nm 处有强 吸收值的紫色复合物。通过与标准品曲线对比，获得带测定蛋白的浓度，具有高灵敏度和高选 择性的特点。

1.稀释 BSA 标准品：用与待测蛋白样品一致的稀释液按下表稀释 BSA 标准品。
